College Credit Options

The electrical training ALLIANCE and all of our apprenticeships firmly believe in and is committed to the education of apprentices and journeyworkers in the organized electrical industry. That strong commitment manifests itself in quality apprenticeship and journeyworker training programs. Individuals participating in the various apprenticeship training programs can receive college level credit for their efforts.

FSCJ Credits

The Gainesville Electrical JATC and the Florida State College at Jacksonville have entered into an articulation agreement.  Journeyworkers who have successfully completed the apprenticeship program and demonstrated competence in all required skill areas may be awarded up to 30 credits towards an A.S. Degree in Industrial Management Technology.  Please contact the JATC for more information.

ACE Credits

The American Council on Education (ACE) has evaluated all of the electrical training ALLIANCE apprenticeship programs. The Inside Apprenticeship Program evaluation has been performed and awarded up to 60 semester credit hours.  Please contact the JATC for more information.
